With the positioning statement of “making banking easier”, Bankwest consider themselves different from the Big 4 – a bank with personality. A set of characters dubbed “Bankwest Locals” illustrates what Bankwest has to offer for their employees: vision, voice to be heard, encouragement and tools – in a fun, approachable yet simple style.
